How to book our taxi services

Booking your journey to and from the airport, or to any destination in Thailand is easy. We have provided the below step by step guide to make the process as comfortable as possible.

If you have any problems, doubts, or comments, please do not hesitate to get in touch. As a valued customer your opinion and feedback is important to help us improve our services.

  • STEP 1: YOUR JOURNEY

    When you click on Book Now, you will be taken to the first screen which is divided into two parts: Your Journey and Options

    In “Your Journey” please indicate:

    • The pickup point (From)
    • Your destination (To)

    The address finder makes it easy to locate your destination, and if you want to make any additional stops, you can do so in the “Extra Stops” section.

    On the other side of the screen, use the “Options” section to select if your trip is one-way or return, the number of passengers traveling with you, as well as how much luggage you will have. This will make sure a vehicle is selected that is big enough for your group.

    In the next section add your pick-up and return date and time (if applicable). If you are arriving from the airport, please include your flight information.

    There is also a space for extra options such as Meet & Greet (with custom name card or logo), baby or booster seat (please notify weight and age in remarks), and wheelchair (please notify whether foldable manual or electric wheelchair).

  • STEP 2: SELECT VEHICLE

    We will provide you with a map and overview of the itinerary so can double that all the information is correct.

    Once your itinerary is reviewed, we will provide a choice of available vehicles based on the number of passengers, luggage, and destinations. Choose one of the available options here and then proceed to step 3 for personal details.

    NOTE: in case of additional stops, extra luggage or special request you will be asked to request a quote, as it requires a manual calculation by one of our agents. Extra costs may be applied. You will be informed within 24 hours of the applicable rate.

  • STEP 3: PERSONAL DETAILS

    If you are a first time customer, you will be asked for:

    • the gender of the main passenger
    • first and last name
    • a mobile number in the international format e.g +(country code) and the correct contact telephone number
    • email address (please note if we don’t have a functioning email address we won’t be able to send the booking confirmation and driver details)
    • any additional information in the comments box that could be useful for our driver to ensure that the transfer is carried out in the best possible conditions.

    NOTE: please make sure we have the correct information as we will not be held responsible for any mistakes nor will the booking fee be reimbursed.

    If you are an existing client please fill in your username and password (see also you first booking). In case you forgot your password, click the link below, and we will send you a new password.

  • STEP 4: PAYMENT / CONFIRMATION

    Payments can be made through your PayPal account.

    If you do not have a PayPal account, you can either proceed by creating a new account (www.paypal.com) or paying online using any of the major credit cards.

    Once payment has been received, we will send you a booking confirmation with the itinerary details and access information.
